Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected at purchase. You can request cancellation before the next renewal date to stop future billing.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported by the payment gateway.

Featured or Promotional Listings

Fees for featured placement or promotional campaigns may be non-refundable once the campaign has started, unless required by applicable law.
